Went in today to collect a item i had ordered there was a sign on the door saying lift out of order. I went over to the man on the mens counter i wanted explain to him that i had a parcel to collect and before i had a chance to finish my explanation he said collections are upstairs i then went on to explain that i am disabled... read full comment

Still a great man shop… Easy access to the men’s department as well as changing rooms. Staff really helpful have good banter. Good selection of shoes and nicely laid out. Directional lighting towards the garments is a plus. It’s also got a Home section upstairs and a Costa coffee.
