“Had a fantastic experience with Mo in your Torquay store today after a not so positive one in a nearby town. She went to so much effort to help my two girls find the right shoes for them and spent almost an hour with us going back and forth to the stock room until they were happy. Nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond to assist us and really taking the time and care to check they fit correctly. Thank you again!”

“Customer service wasn't the best, monosyllabic, no eye contact, chucked the shoes at me and cleared off. I had a few questions but they shall sadly remain unanswered.
Not the end of the world. Good location, excellent range of mens shoes and really good prices.

“Big shout out to all the lovely staff at Pavers, Torquay. I've recently had the need to buy quite a few types of footwear as advised by a podiatrist. Felt very relaxed there and been back now 3 times. The staff offer advice if you ask and allow you to wonder around for as long as it takes. Just occasionally asking if you need assistance . So I've never felt pressured or have staff hanging around. Absolutely brilliant. Footwear is lovely and so much to choose from in all sizes and also wider sizes. I felt perfectly relaxed each time and found the right footwear each time too. Thank you all ??????”

“This review is about M&S opticians at the Willows shopping centre, Torquay.Having being a Spec****** customer for 25 years I was very nervous about going elsewhere, but as I was not happy with my previous opticians and a very good local one in the town where I lived closed down I decided I would try M&S but not buy from them if I did not like the service I got. I WAS EDGY AND NERVOUS!! I had phoned in to check whether, as and old age pensioner, I would have to pay anything as I got a 50% off voucher sent via email after my wife booked the eye tests. The person who took my phone call was a little hesitant so I proceeded with caution. I NEED NOT HAVE WORRIED! Bethan and Adriana were so patient, polite and helpful with an old dodderer like me! A very rare experience in this day and age. The Optomometrist, Marjan, was very thorough and coped with my constant questions very professionally. After all the tests I needed a coffee and time to think about their recommendations but I was so impressed I went back and placed my order. My wife felt the same way and also bought new glasses, so they got some money from this old skinflint! I eagerly await getting the glasses and hopefully solving probems I have lived with for a few years. If it is possible to add to this review I will as soon as possible. MANY MANY thanks to all at M&S Opticians in Torquay.”

“I must admit I did a lot of research into the company before I ordered - they were the only place on the internet that had the shoes I wanted in the size I wanted anywhere. And they shipped to New Zealand. It all seemed to be too good to be true but tt was good and it was true.Great updates from the moment of order, stock confirmation and tracking. Arrived on the other side of the planet within 2 weeks and very reasonable shipping.Very, very good service. Good job.”

“Still a great man shop… Easy access to the men’s department as well as changing rooms. Staff really helpful have good banter. Good selection of shoes and nicely laid out. Directional lighting towards the garments is a plus. It’s also got a Home section upstairs and a Costa coffee.”
