Curtain linings torn, visible dust ingrained along Curtain at least a foot from the floor. Furniture in keeping with castle theme, however very tired looking. Floor tiles in bathroom cracked. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. Service in general was slow, and inconsistent, varying from day to day. Ordered two glasses of prosecco, was informed after 20 minutes they had run out after a wedding 3 days previously! As stated, the wedding was beautiful, the castle picturesque, the rooms were disappointing.”
