Turned up for a family wedding. No one to greet guests, no well signed and had to stand at reception and be ignored by staff.We did not stay and had to leave early as spouse unwell. Unfortunately our experience would not prompt a stay.

The only disappointment we had was our evening meal. When we booked the table we were informed that we had to be prompt, their word. We turned up 5 minutes before our booked time so we were 'prompt'. We were met and very nicely greeted and shown to our table, a little while later we ordered some drinks and given a menu.... read full comment

Unique location and building. Room looked tired although considering the building it was kind of expected. Excellent service and staff, friendly and attentive. Dining was pleasant with good quality and presentation of food. Onsite Land Rover Experience was amazing.
