“Thank you Peter for the excellent assistance shown whilst looking for a new mattress. This involved a sleepmatch test and a cup of tea on completion. As I cannot use the stairs you carried a mattress down over your shoulders for me to try. Thank you for all your help and for making my visit less stressful due to my spinal issues.”

“We had a great experience dining in the outdoor dinner pods for our anniversary! Marcus was our waiter and he was so polite and friendly. There are heaters in the pod. Highly recommend dinning here for a beautiful setting and great service :)”

“My first time staying at the mill was a great experience the staff are very friendly. my bedroom was a great size and lovely and clean and comfortable and the spa facilities was a relaxing atmosphere and had everything you need. i had a great view whilst having breakfast looking at the canal, the hotel is located near everything shops bus stop and train station highly recommend i will be back soon to stay again.”

It's next to a Toby Carvery which is a bonus.
The sad thing about all Travelodges is there's just 30mins free WiFi, that needs sorting.”

“Ideal for Chester Zoo. We have returned several times!

Rooms: Standard Premier Inn, which means comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a few nights break.

Food and drinks: We had a breakfast in the hotel which is different from the last time. The staff who served us were great, friendly and chatty, and were very helpful and welcoming. The food was tasty and filling, and the poached eggs were freshly cooked were delicious.”

“Unbelievable customer service, flexibility, and quality of cabinets is superb. We have the large hall cupboard & more recently, a kitchen larder cupboard, both of which we are delighted with. The units are solid, excellent finish & look fantastic. I’ve never done a google review before but honestly cannot praise this company enough.”

“Recently stayed for a spa break for my 30th birthday. The stay was wonderful we stayed in an apartment the photos taken on the website do not do the room justice.
We had hot stone massages which were wonderful and we felt very relaxed.
Food was lovely they had notes of allergies and dietary requirements
Cannot fault anything looking forward to returning. We wish we paid for an early check in and late check out to enjoy it for longer”

“If you need a home stuff at reasonable prices then look no further. The staff are friendly and the selection is wide ranging. Parking is no problem and there is a lift to get upstairs. The cafe is well attended and the prices are very reasonable.”

“second time I've stayed here and the visit was for my birthday. had a lovely message from the hotel in my room. wishing me a happy birthday with four little cakes which was lovely. this hotel is nice the collegues are nice too. rooms clean and definitely will come back even if it's to see quennie the cat lol.”

“Stayed 2 nights. Right in the middle between chester Station and the city center so really convenient. Rooms were nice with TV and air con. There was free WiFi but it kept disconnecting so you would have to reconnect again. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating adding a candle to a desert for my mums birthday. There was sometimes a bit of a wait at reception to get seated for meals. The food was good and options amicable. After a day at the zoo and a lot of walking in the city the day after it was lovely to come back to a comfortable room, have a quick shower and sleep well. Will gladly stay here again.

Rooms: Large bed with TV and aircon. Shower no bath.

Nearby activities: Spent a day at chester zoo, and a day in the city centre.

Walkability: 5 min from the station and 5 min from city centre.

Food and drinks: Breakfast options a good, continental with cereal, toast etc or full English fry up. Evening meals were also good had a fish n chips one night and steak another.

“Gary at the Chester store handle our purchase of a dining room suite, he was brilliant and very patient and as usual everything has gone as planned we only ordered it 4 days ago and have already had a call to say to expect delivery in 7 days we have shopped at furniture Village on several occasions and never had a problem”

“Good location for visiting city of Chester.Some noise at night from nearby bars.Bed wasn't the best, but clean.Good value.Noteworthy details: No on site parking. Nearby multi storey a short walk away.”
