Came here on a winter spa break. Definitely a mixed bag!The best thing by far were the treatments we received in the spa - both my friend and I had a back massage and facial and we both agreed these were excellent and extremely for those! This did not feel like a 4star luxury hotel.We arrived and our first room did not have a safe that worked. As we were next to a fire door on the ground floor we asked to be moved.The second room was cold with no hot water. Had to shower in the Spa. On the whole good toilet didn't flush properly they did attend to it but still not right corridors and conservatory cold given broken glass for cocktail they did refund bedroom comfortable tv programs need retuning lot were scrambled and didn't tell u what was on TV noisy on floor above for both nights but that not fault... read full comment
