The B & B is nice and clean and comfortable, the staff are great and helpful, and the food is very nice. If you need anything you just have to ask, and if they can help, they will. We highly recommend this B & B”
“What a fantastic hotel. We had our Golden Wedding celebration dinner on the 3rd November 2023. What a brilliant evening we all had. The ballroom was beautifully decorated. Our drinks reception was in the attached conservatory. Amy and Abby made sure everything was perfect. The 3 course meal was very well presented, hot, and served by very efficient and friendly staff. We had excellent choice and all types of food preferences were catered for. As it was a private party our Labrador was with us the whole time. He was spoilt by the staff and even had a 2 course meal of sausages then roast beef and gravy. (As you can imagine this went down a treat). The bedroom we had was on the ground floor with a patio door onto the gardenm which is great for letting the dog out at night. The room was very comfortable with everything you needed. There was even a welcome gift for the dog and a food dish and bone mat. The extensive grounds were well maintained and great for having a walk, with or without a dog. We had 26 who stayed and we were able to all eat breakfast together. Another breakfast of sausages for the dog. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made it a wonderful celebration. A truly dog friendly hotel.. 50 GOLD STARS. We will be back and that's a promise.”
“What a friendly helpful staff team, everyone was welcoming and lovely. Food was good, lovely breakfast with great staff who were very efficient. The room was clean, with great products. My colleague brought his dog and we were welcomed with special areas to dine with the dog and no one made us feel uncomfortable. Great place that I would highly recommend.”
“Just left after a 4 night stay. Rooms refurbished to a very high standard. Superior king size bed flat screen wall mounted tv, tea and coffee available in the room. Plus refrigerator. The bathroom is excellent with walk in shower and bath. Lovely breakfast included in the price. 10 to 15 minute walk into chester. Bus stop outside to liverpool. Overall excellent hotel friendly staff. Would recommend to anyonelooking for somewhere to stay in Chester.”
“Good location. Our room was luxurious. Every room is different, dedicated to a historic queen (plus a few kings - they must have run out of queen's)Walkability: Close to train station and Centre is easily accessible.”
“Love premier Inn, and this one is no different, located right in the heart of the city centre with on site parking, £10 for 24 hours, what's not to love?? Room and WiFi brilliant, breakfast ”

Warrington Rd“You know what you're getting with a Travelodge- decent rooms & facilities at a good price. Shame that wifi isn't included in the price though. The staff here were super helpful & went out of their way so huge thanks to them. Location was fine for me- I was there for the wedding and it was only a couple of miles from the venue. If I was visiting Chester it would be less handy as too far to walk to town & seemingly only hourly buses.”

Little St John St“Exceptional young lady on reception who couldn't do enough to be accommodating to guests checking in. Some of the rooms in this lodge do really suffer from noise from the bar below but I was fortunate to get a lovely room overlooking the historic amphitheatre which was very peaceful”
“Absolutely spot on for what we needed. Staying over for the Chester Marathon at the weekend. The room was big and comfortable with everything we could have wished for and a lovely shower to boot. The staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful and engaged. Breakfast was superb, well cooked and nicely presented. Can't fault it and will certainly be back.Rooms: A good sized standard Premier Inn experience. Always good!Nearby activities: The Mill next door was good for dinner.Food & drinks: Great breakfast options made with care.”
