We were very happy with this hotel. Upon check-in we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room we had was very nice and clean and had clearly been recently updated. Some areas need refurbishment, but overall its a great hotel. The staff are very efficient.It's the 4th time we've stayed and will be back. It is ideal for catching the bus into Chester City centre. It is close to pubs, restaurants and shops.
