“Absolutely brilliant holiday, 4 night rental from here , staff professional & friendly, definitely listen to the safety & procedures talk prior to sailing well, & you will not go far wrong, explained well & easy to grasp due to visual talk on the locks & a practical demonstration myself & my 76 year old mother did the lock, use yer bottom! We had a fantastic break lovely boat 'Agnes' clean in lovely condition & super chilled, don't be overwhelmed once your off along the rivers most folk are helpful & kind & staff teach you most everything you need , I'd recommend reading the boats handbook a few times too, we had a lovely break & thanks to all staff at Black Prince for helping & being great at confidence building beforehand & such, tip, listen well & don't be scared , once your underway it's easy to grasp xxx i'd highly recommend a holiday on a narrowboat it's one off the bucket list xx”

“We have just returned home from a couple of nights at Nunsmere Hall. It is a really beautiful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The lounge areas are a pleasure to sit it and relax. Our room was very large (suite) and we absolutely loved it! It also looked over the garden which was fab. We booked it as it was our wedding anniversary and we also booked afternoon tea which was wonderful. Would definitely recommend ❤️”

“I have stayed here twice now.
It is a bit out of the way, but there's plenty of parking and useful amenities nearby.
The staff are lovely and provide consistently good customer service; always happy to help with any issues.
Rooms are clean, well-kept, and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s rest.
You can request an iron if needed, and each room comes with a kettle, tea, milk, etc.
with plenty more available at the front desk if you run out.”

“The reception staff were so helpful and understanding ,made early check in available .
But more outstanding was from.the Blue Cap pub , the Chef and manager (I'm sorry iv forgotten her name ) came to my rescue when I found I have a flat / defunct car,battery, they jump started and got me on my way , what a wonderful caring couple they were , I am so grateful for all their help
I would say an amazing experience at the Premier, please book I would def recommend”
