Rude staff unwilling to help with my online return. In the email it states you can go to a member of staff who will sort it for you OR you can self return. I tried self return but their WiFi was rubbish and not loading on my phone. Won’t be returning to this branch. Can not stand rude staff.

No staff, all on tills. Not waiting in a huge queue to just ask a question but ignored when I went to the side to ask. Don’t take everyone off the shop floor to man tills when it gets big
