“Fantastic store. Very large. Staff nice, not too overbearing. Started my Xmas shopping early ( very unlike me ). Bought the obligatory Snow Fairy, expensive at £24, but it's for my daughter. Also bought the set with the musical Xmas globe on top @ £56.”

“Rear brake light failed on way home from work and it was about 7pm when I called in to Winterstoke Road expecting to be told it was too late and dark for anyone to fit a new bulb. A really helpful guy was more than ready to take the fitting on and got out there in the cold and dark. Was a tricky job but he persisted and got it done. Great service and cost just under £15. Super convenient being open until 8pm and saved me having to take time out of work to get it fixed.”

“I went in to grab a new tube for my racing bike. It took me over and hour of trying and i couldn't put the tube in the tyre. I went back over to the shop and the staff was very friendly and said they would sort it out for me. Within 10 minutes they put the new tube on the bike and showed me how its done and some tips and tricks. They refused to charge me aswell. Absolutely fantastic service I highly recommend.”

“Big shoutout to Megan who did my gait analysis today. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time and wisdom. It was my first ever fitting and she was super reassuring, never pressured me to make a decision or a purchase. In the end I did buy some lovely new shoes, although I noticed a tiny stain whilst waiting to pay. I brought it up with the person at the till (sorry didn’t catch his name!) and got offered loads of options to address it. Overall, great experience, great range of stock and lovely staff. The only reason I am giving it a four is due to the fact that sizing seems to be lacking and whenever I got they never seem to have enough sixes/eights in anything that appeals to me. However lovely little shop with decent size dressing rooms and the staff are always happy to help.”

“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. “I have shopped at this store for several years now and the customer service is always excellent. I would especially like to commend the staff for their help recently when I accidentally bought the wrong size of a couple of items and only realised this after I had already removed the labels at home. When I returned to the store the staff were able to help me exchange the items for the correct size, even though it had been my error and I had removed the labels, and I was immensely grateful.”
