“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. The only reason I am giving it a four is due to the fact that sizing seems to be lacking and whenever I got they never seem to have enough sixes/eights in anything that appeals to me. However lovely little shop with decent size dressing rooms and the staff are always happy to help.”

I would especially like to commend the staff for their help recently when I accidentally bought the wrong size of a couple of items and only realised this after I had already removed the labels at home. I've found some great deals on clothing and home goods that have held up well over time. The customer service at TKMaxx was what I would expect from a department store. We bought a Fred Perry shoes in Westfield Stratford a day before yesterday and found out later that my brother in law who is from the US ( touring England) and a great loyal fan of anything Fred Perry informed the staff about US size but mistakenly given a UK size for which he did not check anymore before we left the shop, surely when we got to our hotel the shoes does not fit him. Since we are near Bristol that time, we called informing them that we purchased it from Westfield Stratford but wanted to swap the size for a smaller one, we are very grateful that we are accommodated right away and luckily there is an available size in Bristol. A big Thank you so much Bristol Fred Perry staff esp to Nina and the rest for being a costumer friendly people. We don't need to travel far to swap it. Thank you so much.
