It is difficult for me to find good walking shoes. I was in and out of Black's in under 30 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. Sue and the rest of the staff were excellent, fast and efficient!

James helped me out finding the right bag lots of choice i wanted something in between a day pack and full hike bag, and tried on a few but James convinced me to go with a bigger bag and tbh I don't think my kit would have fitted in the smaller bag. so great choice and very comfortable.
