I purchased a roof box from the store. It was easy to order online for store collection, I received an email within a few hours confirming it was ready to collect and on arrival into store I was quickly directed to the right department by a member of staff. The roof box was brought to the tills and after payment, another member of staff helped bring it to the car. Absolutely brilliant service.

On getting home and undoing the package, I was frustrated to see it was scratched (no fault of the store). I drove back to the store and they could not have been more helpful in finding a suitable resolution. Great customer service!
