I went in to Urban Outfitters today (2nd September) and was pretty disgusted by the condition of the shop. Clothes were everywhere, mostly on the floor or in piles everywhere. First of all, let me start with the pros of this place: There is a wide variety of unique clothes unlike other trending fashion stores, which gives the place quite a distinct feel. Also, clothes tend to be on sale quite often (usually around 50 to 75 percent off).
there’s a special place for sophia up there in heaven, somewhere just above david attenborough?? what a gem, probs the best service i’ve had in retail in ages - called up to check whether a parcel was ready and she came down from the office and sorted it herself!! queen
