“Liz at Chanel was amazing today she spotted my 4 year old daughter having a melt down and stepped in to help with a fantastic story about Elsa from Frozen buying make up….she sat the wee one in a make up chair and pretended to make her up. She even gave her a ribbon bracelet. Service above and beyond is what John Lewis is about and she is one of the best. That’s why we love this store!”
