Been 4l times to pick up parcels and turned away as despite emails saying its ready to pick up, the store dont actually have it. Not great

Crap service mainly due to the car parking . May not be their car park but unable to tell me who there landlord is . Useless . Beware if you park with 1 tyre on the line as it’s £100 fine . Only parked like that because the car next to use was the same and we had to as we had a baby in the back. Common sense should prevail... read full comment

Poor customer service from collection staff then overheard manager Laura calling my wife rude and then denying it when confronted obviously didn’t know we were together avoid this store
