“Lidl is probably the best supermarket on Fishponds Road. The selection of products here is really good and the its bakery, fresh fruit and veg and other household items make it a perfect stop for groceries.

From clothing to seasonal stock, books, children's toys, and suitcases, the store truly has something for everyone. I've found some great deals on clothing and home goods that have held up well over time. The customer service at TKMaxx was what I would expect from a department store. “I had a fantastic experience in this shop last week. The lady who served me (Harriett) gave me great advice about which boots would be suitable for me as I have wide feet. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me choose the right boot, and the right size as well. She gave me space to try the boots on without standing over me. She then asked me about how they felt on my feet. She explained how they should feel initially, what to do to break them in (this is my first pair of Dr Martens), how to take care of them etc. If she hadn’t taken the care to do all this, I’d defo not have bought the right boots.After a week, they are beginning to be the loveliest and most comfortable boots I’ve worn. I’m so loving my purchase. Thank you so much Bristol!Oh, and as I was just visiting Bristol, she gave me some good advice about where would be a good place to eat! Amazing service all round. “It's very nice and tidy and has lots of baskets by the door.
Having a good look around for some clothes for myself.
Really need some cycling shorts and came around a member of staff who actually took me over to the place where all the choice was.
Went upstairs for my husband and got him some jeans.
Then, we went to the garden section and got ormanment, which wasn't planning to buy!!
Went to the till ,guide to the right till by member of staff thete was a quey billing up but luckily the lady that help me find my shorts jump on the till her was name was Millie .
She is very professional at her job and asked if I like a Matlan card, and I normally say no, but she made me feel that it wasn't going to be long or trouble .

“I love TkMaxx in general, but you can never be sure how good each visit will be. Sometimes you find loads, other times nothing. When you do find something there are definitely bargains to be had. I've been particularly happy with all the gold plated silver jewellery I've bought from there.”

“Large store with a great variety of choices for everyone.

The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only negative comment is that I always struggle to find the item I need. I constantly try, but it always seems to be out of stock.
Their product quality is also very good and lasting.

I will continue to purchase in the future as it is always a positive experience shopping at Next.

“Had a very lovely experience here, Kelly was extremely helpfully, kind and considerate. My daughter wanted her ears pierced but was very nervous, Kelly sat her down, talked her through the process, reassured her and made her feel relaxed. The piercing was brilliant and my daughter was an extremely happy girl!! “I never used to shop in Sainsbury's until I moved to Bristol because I was always told how expensive they were, but this one isn't far from my house, so due more in part to my idleness it has become my local. If it was expensive, believe me, I wouldn't shop here, but what I've found over the past few years is that it really isn't that expensive at all. In fact, if you shop sensibly at this store it actually works out cheaper than Asda for example. How? People ask. Because they have so many BOGOF deals, I only have to go once a fortnight. Granted, if you have a very specific idea of what you want each week and will only buy those items, then it may turn out to be more expensive than most places, but if you're willing to be dictated by what they have on offer (as I am). Then it really is a bargain. Always deals on alcohol and meats which is very, very important.”

“Had to pick up a replacement item and phoned ahead to ask if this would be OK if I turned up slightly after closing, they quickly agreed and had the item waiting for me, this is in complete contrast to the Next Home Store at Cribbs Causeway who flatly refused to help me after getting their 2 minutes late, a drastic difference in flexibility and customer service.”
