It's quick and easy to get through self checkout.”

“I had a fantastic experience in this shop last week. The lady who served me (Harriett) gave me great advice about which boots would be suitable for me as I have wide feet. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me choose the right boot, and the right size as well. She gave me space to try the boots on without standing over me. She then asked me about how they felt on my feet. She explained how they should feel initially, what to do to break them in (this is my first pair of Dr Martens), how to take care of them etc. If she hadn’t taken the care to do all this, I’d defo not have bought the right boots.After a week, they are beginning to be the loveliest and most comfortable boots I’ve worn. I’m so loving my purchase. Thank you so much Bristol!Oh, and as I was just visiting Bristol, she gave me some good advice about where would be a good place to eat! Amazing service all round. “I love TkMaxx in general, but you can never be sure how good each visit will be. Sometimes you find loads, other times nothing. When you do find something there are definitely bargains to be had. I've been particularly happy with all the gold plated silver jewellery I've bought from there.”

“Good shop. The hours are alright and the prices are too. Some things are much more competitive than others. The tragic thing is that you can't buy some items in bulk, so you really lose out on buying smaller items. Their baked goods are alright, nothing to fight over though. The staff is a rudimentary level of helpful, which is sufficient enough I guess.”

The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only negative comment is that I always struggle to find the item I need. I constantly try, but it always seems to be out of stock.
Their product quality is also very good and lasting.

I will continue to purchase in the future as it is always a positive experience shopping at Next.

“I never used to shop in Sainsbury's until I moved to Bristol because I was always told how expensive they were, but this one isn't far from my house, so due more in part to my idleness it has become my local. If it was expensive, believe me, I wouldn't shop here, but what I've found over the past few years is that it really isn't that expensive at all. In fact, if you shop sensibly at this store it actually works out cheaper than Asda for example. How? People ask. Because they have so many BOGOF deals, I only have to go once a fortnight. Granted, if you have a very specific idea of what you want each week and will only buy those items, then it may turn out to be more expensive than most places, but if you're willing to be dictated by what they have on offer (as I am). Then it really is a bargain. Always deals on alcohol and meats which is very, very important.”

“Had to pick up a replacement item and phoned ahead to ask if this would be OK if I turned up slightly after closing, they quickly agreed and had the item waiting for me, this is in complete contrast to the Next Home Store at Cribbs Causeway who flatly refused to help me after getting their 2 minutes late, a drastic difference in flexibility and customer service.”

“Good selection of ready-to-eat sandwiches and meals, even late at night. Besides that, it's not much different from any other Sainsbury's. Oh, unless you love Reese's. They also happen to have an epic selection of Reese's peanut butter cups, pieces and even the oft-unseen crunchy candy bar. Heady stuff.”
