“Me and a friend went into JD sports looking for socks, coukdnt find the right sizes and we're talking quite loudly about not being able to find the right size in front of 4 or 5 employees. Not a single one came to help. We then went next door into schuh and we're greeted on arrival, we went to look at the socks and a girl came to let us know they had more sizes if we needed them. The difference in service was ridiculous. And id definitely rather go back to schuh than JD. It's also a lighter, nicer layed out store with better value for money too.”

“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. Thank you Allsaints, you are doing a great job!”

“I had a fantastic experience in this shop last week. The lady who served me (Harriett) gave me great advice about which boots would be suitable for me as I have wide feet. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me choose the right boot, and the right size as well. She gave me space to try the boots on without standing over me. She then asked me about how they felt on my feet. She explained how they should feel initially, what to do to break them in (this is my first pair of Dr Martens), how to take care of them etc. If she hadn’t taken the care to do all this, I’d defo not have bought the right boots.After a week, they are beginning to be the loveliest and most comfortable boots I’ve worn. I’m so loving my purchase. Thank you so much Bristol!Oh, and as I was just visiting Bristol, she gave me some good advice about where would be a good place to eat! Amazing service all round. Boots are great, but I've bought several pairs from Charles Clinkard and they are always fantastic quality and last for years. The shop in Byres Rd Glasgow closed so I'm delighted I can still buy their boots online.”

“It's very nice and tidy and has lots of baskets by the door.
Having a good look around for some clothes for myself.
Really need some cycling shorts and came around a member of staff who actually took me over to the place where all the choice was.
Went upstairs for my husband and got him some jeans.
Then, we went to the garden section and got ormanment, which wasn't planning to buy!!
Went to the till ,guide to the right till by member of staff thete was a quey billing up but luckily the lady that help me find my shorts jump on the till her was name was Millie .
She is very professional at her job and asked if I like a Matlan card, and I normally say no, but she made me feel that it wasn't going to be long or trouble .

The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only negative comment is that I always struggle to find the item I need. I constantly try, but it always seems to be out of stock.
Their product quality is also very good and lasting.

I wanted a particular green dress which they didn’t have in store in my size. She searched all the other stores and ordered me one to get delivered into the store. She was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond. She was so desperate for me to have this dress for a special night out. It may not get delivered in time, but I’m still buying it anyway. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example.
