“Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it.
Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.”

“I went into Clarks with my 4 young children to get my eldest his first pair of school shoes. I was helped by Liz. She was very helpful and friendly, we got my son his shoes and she even measured my 3 daughters feet so they felt like they were joining in to.
I found this very lovely and she was brilliant with all my children! Amazing service from a lovely lady!”
