I was greeted by Liam, who from the start, was the most lovely, helpful personal shopper you could wish for.Liam listened to my requirements, suggested alternatives and was an absolute joy to deal with.Liam's product and fashion knowledge was impressive and his passion and gentle approach made our visit a fun, enjoyable experience.The next day I returned to buy an additional purchase and had another lovely experience with the two ladies working that day.The team here are professional, compassionate and just lovely. “big thank you to Laura. i came in to look for outfits for my papas funeral, laura talked me through lots of options and went up and down the shop finding things i might want. then told me about her papa and his funeral, things that helped her on the day and even after. she treated me with lots patience and we talked lots about grief, losing a parent.. i never expected to come in and be upset but laura’s warmth patience and she was to talk on her experience made me open up to her, made a horrible day lots better. she then helped me get a discount! such a happy, shiny girl! beautiful smile.
