Had a very lovely experience here, Kelly was extremely helpfully, kind and considerate. My daughter wanted her ears pierced but was very nervous, Kelly sat her down, talked her through the process, reassured her and made her feel relaxed. Poor customer service, no smile On her face, like she couldn’t be bothered to work. My daughter had her ears pierced an exciting time for her but the experience wasn’t made very nice for her. I wouldn’t recommend this place for getting your child’s ears priced. Avoid

Took my daughter to have her ear pierced today, as well as mine. I cannot express how amazing our experience was, I didn't catch the lady's names but they're an asset to your team. Thank you for making her first experience such a fun,relaxed and professional one!
