The store was busy but she remained composed and helpful with everyone. I particularly liked the way she came out from behind the desk to hand the customers their purchases personally rather than just pass them over. I would gladly employ her in my businesses, she is an asset to your brand.”
“Some of the staff worked in the old shop on Park Street for many years and moved with the shop to Cabot Circus. Their expertise as sales assistants is admirable. l rarely get in and out quickly and rarely without having bought something! None of them are smarmy or pushy but welcoming, friendly, attentive, quick thinking and very knowledgeable about their stock and the company. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”

“Got my lip piercing done here! The person who did them was so lovely and understood I was nervous, and was kind when I asked lots of questions! I even went back the next day because I was worried and they helped me and were very understanding! Couldn't recommend enough, definitely coming back for another piercing soon!”
