“After going there for a helix and conch piercing which I now know was extremely overpriced, they messed up both piercings. They pierced the helix at an angle with the wrong size bar and once they'd pierced the conch they couldn't guide the earring through the hole so then spent about 3 minutes bluntly forcing it through the ear, but then wouldn't actually tell me what they'd done wrong. After going to a proper piercer (after over a year of the piercings not healing) to sort these piercings out, I found out they had used way too big of a needle to pierce (the size you would use for a belly button piercing) and used stainless steel jewellery which is bad for new piercings as it contains nickel. They also put too big of a ball on the conch jewellery and used the wrong length bars on both piercings so the piercings were too tight to heal (which you can see in the picture - the silver is the one BB gave me, gold one is the thickness you should have) Absolutely would not recommend, wish I could go back in time and not go there to get anything done”

“Some of the staff worked in the old shop on Park Street for many years and moved with the shop to Cabot Circus. Their expertise as sales assistants is admirable. l rarely get in and out quickly and rarely without having bought something! None of them are smarmy or pushy but welcoming, friendly, attentive, quick thinking and very knowledgeable about their stock and the company. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”

My daughter wanted her ears pierced but was very nervous, Kelly sat her down, talked her through the process, reassured her and made her feel relaxed. The piercing was brilliant and my daughter was an extremely happy girl!!
