“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. “Had a very lovely experience here, Kelly was extremely helpfully, kind and considerate. My daughter wanted her ears pierced but was very nervous, Kelly sat her down, talked her through the process, reassured her and made her feel relaxed. The piercing was brilliant and my daughter was an extremely happy girl!!
