“These guys have been getting some stick, so i think it’s worth adding they have been robbed and their staff attacked several times in the last year or so. This may explain some of the odd opening hours, so it’s worth bearing that in mind before shelling out abuse.

Their prices are slighter higher as ALL local stores are. It’s a known fact that all chains put their prices up at the small stores/petrol stations. I find it well stocked for a corner shop, which is what it is. If you want choice, go to the supermarket or high street!”

“This is my favourite post office to use in the whole of Bristol as the staff are extremely kind and helpful and go out of their way to give the best possible customer service they can offer. I have had issues with other post offices who do not always explain why something cannot be posted however at this post office they always explain and help me fix the issues so then I can post it.”

“I visited Asda on a quiet Saturday evening and was looking for an item that wasn’t on the shelf. I approached the only employee on the shop floor, Rayhan, and he was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service, even going to check in the back of the store for me and he found the item I needed.”

“Staff are super friendly and helpful but there is only three counters for what seems like a very busy branch. Also their computer systems seem to crash a lot. Cash, cheque and coin deposit machines available. They have a coin counter machine that gives you a paper receipt that you have to get in the queue with. You can make appointments and pre order change bags online to speed things up.”

“This shop is a lovely place. All the staff are very polite and helpful. I always see a young chap opening the doors for the elderly. Sometimes there are stock issues but I think that’s due to the store being taken over and converting to a Morrisons. I see reviews about the post office being closed and the staff being rude but not once have I ever seen the staff being rude with all my years shopping here. Yeah sometimes the post office is closed due to balancing procedures but that’s expected sometimes as it’s only a sub post office and not a main one. Personally I can’t wait to see what happens next with the place, it’s well known need of a refit!”
