I use this branch a lot. When i need to use it for basic stuff, the Staff are fine and friendly and even helpful, but when its something a bit more advanced, its hard work, the staff are not understanding, helpful and they definitely don't try to make things easier.

They appear to make up rules as they go, apparently the bank only hold a small amount of cash (well sort that out to start with) I wanted 4K in cash, I spoke to Lloyds HQ and they said its ok, bank says there is a 48 hour wait so they could order it (even though I could take out 2K with no problem and go back 24 hours later... read full comment
