After trying to sort a problem out unsuccessfully, I returned and was dealt with by a fantastic lady who was so helpful and patient in sorting out my accounts. I felt the professional and kind way that she dealt with my banking really helpful. Perfect customer service. PATIENCE and I then had an answer to my query.
