He had referred me to Smartmove. Instead of being housed in a flat, was housed in HMO (Home Multiple Occupancy) accommodation were all tenants past and present life associated with drugs, alcohol, committed various offences including: stabbing, shoplifting, car theft, property land registry theft, stalking, harassment, intimidation snd ASB (Anti Social Behaviour). I was moved to three HMO due to ongoing harassment, intimidation, bully, assault, my food and kitchen utensils were stolen coupled with narcissistic ASB including loud music, noise, talking and disturbances every night for the past 9 months. They have refused to make any timely repairs, made my life a hell on the earth, covered up a perpetrator who had assaulted me. Instead reporting him to the police. Smartmove are good at sorting out benefits but it's mainly a profit making organisation relying on milking the British taxpayers and the housing benefit. Their support workers did whatever they could. The support was provided a bare minimum. They have taken me full granted rather provided a flat for me. One tenant was housed after making complaints was offered a flat because he is the same as their race. Only lived in HMO for a month. 9 months had added more mental, emotional,

2 Tower Rd, Birmingham, West MidlandsOur LO started Smart Kidz Nursery Aston in September 2024. He was 10 months old but born 3 months premature. We were extremely anxious about sending him to nursery and although have a great previous experience with another nursery, due to work locations, we were unable to use our past nursery and had to put our faith in a new one. We chose this nursery for location and after a great impression at the meet and greet. In the 11 months he has been there I cannot sufficiently express the professionalism, care, support and attention to detail the nursery has provided our son. The love and gently care he has received has been amazing. The daily communication provided by the staff has been exceptional. Not only have they shown such attention to his care, but the support they have provided to encourage him to reach his milestones has been fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this nursery, the staff and the management team. Our son loves going to nursery every single day. They have really proven they are trustworthy, committed and above all most definitely caring towards our child. We are looking forward to sending him again in September 2025. Thank you #teamsmartkidz

Smart Kids Nursery City Centre
Oxford St, High St, Birmingham, West MidlandsI visited Smart Kid Nursery in Digbet Birmingham for the first time and had such a positive experience. The receptionist Anadi provided outstanding customer service, She was calmed with a friendly smile, approachable, and very helpful. The staff I met were polite, professional, and clearly dedicated to their work. The nursery itself was very clean, well-organized, and inviting.
During tour at Smart Kid Nursery today it really stands out for the wide range of activities they provide for the children. The little ones are encouraged to explore, play, and learn in a fun and supportive way. The soft play area is absolutely lovely and makes the nursery extra special — the kids have so much space to enjoy themselves safely.
There’s also a welcoming café for staff and parents, which is such a thoughtful touch, and a beautiful garden where the children can spend time outdoors. I was especially impressed with how the staff encourage independence, giving children choices and supporting them with important skills like personal hygiene.
The environment feels warm, caring, and well thought out — it’s clear that the nursery goes above and beyond to make both children and families feel comfortable and valued.
Overall, I felt comfortable and welcomed right away. Highly recommend!

Smart-TECNIC
5, Proof House Business Park, Andover St, Birmingham, West MidlandsYesterday I drove over to Smart Tecnic for a check over before MOT. Ben and Jack inspected the old gal and identified a few issues.
Centre rear brake light had 2 blown bulbs so was replaced with an LED version. Front screenwash jet was dismantled and cleared. Drivers side front shock needed the correct top mount so was replaced. Belt was badly worn, split in 3 places so was replaced. All looked good so off to the MOT station.
Unfortunately it failed on a rusty/leaking nearside brake pipe and advisory on surface rust. Ben and Jack couldn't find any leaks and a 22 year old smart is bound to have some degree of surface rust. Not sure why this particular tester was so anal over Scratchy, perhaps he didn't like the paintwork!
So Jack worked like a demon fitting a new brake line and sorting the surface rust. After bleeding the system it was taken back to the station. The same chap insisted on another thorough check over but passed it clean with no advisories.
I can't begin to describe the exemplary service I received. It was above first class, these guys know smarts inside out! Jack wasn't happy with the brake pedal travel so bled the system again and I'm happy to report the brakes are working fine. During the day I had a chat with four customers, some had travelled a great distance because Smart Tecnic's reputation is unequalled. I was also extremely happy with the final invoice! They offer very fair prices and service plans.
If you own a smart, local or not quite so local I can vouch you'll be very impressed with the service!
