On opening pack ground fixing = instruction to dig hole 20cm square and 50 cm deep then concrete in. I suspected this from item labels but assured... read full comment

My friend and I bought three heaters from this shop, but unfortunately, all of them stopped working without any reason. Given this experience, I seriously doubt the quality of the products. I definitely won’t be coming back to buy a heater again, as it doesn’t make sense to invest in something that fails so quickly.... read full comment
