Again, as last time, no pressure sales. Is what made this visit even nicer we were remembered from our last visit. We decided to purchase an hand made HS mattress. Well worth the extra money.The delivery men were amazing. We haven't got the easiest of stairs. A turn here and a twist there. Before the mattress was brought into our house a survey of the route to the bedroom was undertaken. What a team!!!!! Every twist and turn to the room was thought about before being actioned.Thank you all. Please note that you get free parking at the rear of the store.Just a thought.... the mattress protectors they sell are perfect.”

“As far as antique shops go, Salisbury antiques centre is well worth your time. Three floors of lovely antiques. Chris and Katie are very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to spend time with you and you can be assured you're seeing REAL antiques..no reproductions. I personally spent a lot in there and I'm very happy with all I've purchased. If you're going to be in Salisbury, make sure to stop, you'll be glad you did.”

“I have to admit to have been in on more than one occasion looking for one thing or another when I have a hair brained scheme to cook something. I actually like this shop. It has a bright and breezy feel to it along with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, although I think they took pity on me as I clearly had no idea, or so they may have thought. Put it this way, the staff certainly knew their onions, were happy to share the wealth of knowledge and I came away none the worse for wear having ventured over to the dark side. Result!”

“On a wider retail park, access to Wickes is just off a roundabout. Large car park shared with The Range. Generally tidy and clean. Trolleys are available under a trolley cover. The entrance has special offers and across the store there are good stock levels. There are staff wondering around and those I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Very good selection of homeware and reasonably priced. Only criticism is the collection point for web orders is at the one way entrance. To leave the store you have to go past the checkout maze. Better signage or a different location would help.”

I had a great experience at DFS, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben. He introduced himself when we arrived and made it clear that he was available to help if we had any questions, without being pushy or overbearing. When we did have questions, Ben was very informative and took the time to find the answers to anything he didn’t have readily available.

When we decided to make a purchase, Ben made the process smooth and stress-free. He even offered us a hot drink, which was a thoughtful touch. Throughout the purchase process, he explained everything clearly and ensured we fully understood each step, making it all very easy to follow.

Overall, the combination of excellent service, a relaxed atmosphere, and helpful staff made this a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend DFS and Ben for anyone looking for a new sofa!”
