“We had previously stayed in another hotel at the handpicked chain which did not live up to its reputation and therefore we visited Wood Hall Hotel with a little apprehension, the moment we arrived at the hotel we were blown away. Beautiful hotel beautiful surroundings everything just has the wow factor. We were greeted at reception with a warm welcome the staff were attentive and our room was out of this world! The swimming pool and jacuzzi area was clean and modern. There is a lovely bar that serves wonderful cocktails and even when asked about the history of the hotel all the staff knew plenty and were very interesting to talk to. We had afternoon tea and breakfast there and the food was amazing you really couldn't fault anything. I really enjoyed staying at Wood Hall hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place for a weekend away. The staff can not do enough for you and i hope management read this and thank the staff for all their efforts. I will be returning :)”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the standards of the hotel and facilities for the dogs etc. Great location for where we needed to be for the dog show at Ripon racecourse. The whole stay was great and it made it easy even with the dogs.”
