A tale of 2 halves. Homesense upstairs was bright and clean and well laid out. Easy to shop and a member of staff said hi. Downstairs felt crowded and didn't like the layout. Walked past 3 managers and no one said hi or smiled. Great example. Tk maxx is hit or miss but you can grab a great bargain.

I was browsing through the store looking for some shoes and asked a worker for some help. His name was Mark I believe? He was so rude and said they don’t have it. Only to find it 2 minutes later. So incompetent it’s pathetic.

Muna sales associate - extremely rude, served the woman in front of us just now, and was extremely rude to her too. We weren't in store very long just a quick look, bought one item and when going to pay we got no recognition at all, felt like we were invisible no customer service at all.
