“Well stocked with plenty of range, Couldn't find an item I was looking for but a member of staff was happy to point me in the right direction. There are plenty of fitting rooms which were clean. Although there was quite a queue the staff were great at serving customers efficiently so it didn't feel like you were waiting for long. Given it was busy staff seemed to be good at keeping the stock off the floor and restocking.”

“Would've been 5 stars but since the refit it is awkward to get to things in the enclosed shelving. No consideration has been given to the space the doors take up into the Isles and of how much manoeuvring people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters have to do. Sliding or no doors would have been better.”

“Just been shopping at the Next store in Crown Point Shopping Centre and I cannot praise the young store assistant Roxanne enough! Such a lovely experience and that service with a smile throughout, helping me find items online and instore. A shining example to other assistants. Made me glad I went in after work to pick up a gift , I left smiling too. With a sevice like that I shall definitely be returning. Roxanne is an asset to the store, a true gem!”

“Convenient to get to compared to larger stores but not as much variety. Please note that prices are inflated for same item in larger stores but I guess you are paying for the convenience factor. Limited parking on site but lots of street parking around. Early opening and late closing as well as Argos collection. No public toilets but does have a small fresh bakery. More than happy to visit.”

“Went in today to return some economic remote control cars and the lady that served me was brilliant I’m not well and keep getting a it confused she was really patient with me and helped me to return them and then helped me with a high chair I was purchasing so just wanted to say say the customer service was really good and really appreciated”

“Shop here every week for food. Bright and airy. Door staff could be a little more welcoming ?
Can get a little congested on exit from the till area, layout wasn't thought out - there's a blind corner, on the right, as you come past the flowers, And there's always someone stopping to look at the greeting cards or flowers, which causes obstruction. Again, down to layout.
New fridge doors, nightmare. It's like queing up at home, to get in the fridge!
Nonetheless, still an easy shop to shop in.”

“The M&S Foodhall at Central Square is a good addition to the area. It is reasonably small, but stocks all the essentials alongside some more luxurious items. Extended ranges can be found at the larger foodhall on Briggate. The store signage is slightly hard to spot as there is an overhang from higher floors of the building.”

“Staffs are very nice to their customers. You know Morrisons. Always good. Their own products are better than any branded ones and they are very cheap. Make you read levels carefully.”

“Good selection of ladies/mens/children's clothing. I particularly like the household department, The colourways and patterns of tableware are always fresh and imaginative. The same goes for bedding, always good designs and on trend. Furniture is well designed and reasonably priced. The makeup and perfume are both reasonable in price. My favourite perfume is Cashmere, a lovely light fragrance. A great store.”
