“Well stocked with plenty of range, Couldn't find an item I was looking for but a member of staff was happy to point me in the right direction. There are plenty of fitting rooms which were clean. Although there was quite a queue the staff were great at serving customers efficiently so it didn't feel like you were waiting for long. Given it was busy staff seemed to be good at keeping the stock off the floor and restocking.”

“I came with my mum to the store a week or two ago to get some new trainers. We met a girl called Hannah at the tills. She spoke to us so nicely, it was so lovely to hear. She didnt mind a small chat with my mum aswell :))

When I even asked about student discount, she said I needed to be a “Nike member”. Due to the IOS on my phone, i couldnt get the app but she quickly saved me saying that I could just register from Safari on my phone, so I admire her quick thinking for helping me with alternative solutions.

“This Asda store is quite big in size. They also have a very good collection of household items. Clothes are relatively cheap compared to other retailers with decent quality. Most of the time you may also find reduced items here or there.
The location is great within Crown point shopping centre. Plenty of parking space shared by other retailers as well.
At the entry of Asda, there is an escalator to go up. To come down, there is no parallel down escalator. For the accessibility, there is a lift. That is quite convenient.
There are two places for payments- ground floor and first floor. However, they close the upstairs ones very early towards the end. This becomes super inconvenient with very long queues downstairs. Even longer queues during festival times. There is no self check out.
The people are nice. Super helpful! Super busy all the time.

Really knew his stuff and took the time to understand my requirements and issues, whilst adding relevant knowledge and information as to what I require, not only for my level now but as I (hopefully!) progress to ensure longevity of the boots I buy. Had a full custom boot fit including bespoke insoles and I’ve ended up with boots that cause me no pain and fit like slippers, whilst being tight in all the right places. Would 100% recommend him and the service. No more hire boot agony!”
