“I loved my experience at Bravissimo Leeds today! Was able to donate all of my old bras which is lovely to still see being done! Also had a fitting done with Hannah who made me feel so comfortable right from the get go! Re-fitted into a completely unexpected size but Hannah was on the ball and found me some WONDERFUL bras in my new size! Couldn't recommend it more, will 100% be back soon! Xx”

Teach your child the value of money and let them visually see how much they have to spend in store before you go, then when asked by staff about the extras-ask the child if they can afford it out of what funds they have. Its really not that big of a deal, after all communication is key!Took one of my BAB's here for re-stuffing and at the same time was able to put my dog's fur and baby tooth in as she has gone into the light. Staff were so kind and sympathetic. I have over 30 BAB's and I'm nearly a pensioner. You are never too old to have a bear or 2. xXx”

“Popped in with the intention to "just look" and left with a beautiful new pair of sandals! Izzy dealt with us and was unbelievably nice and knowledgeable. They got my size so fast and with no issue and then she found the best deal she could for us! The team here are always lovely it's truly hard not to love this shop!”

“I went into HALFORDS today because my gears were not matching up and I thought the rear hanger was bent . The bike technician looked at my bike and told me it was bent and my rear derailleur was to .Not thinking he would fix it there and then , he fixed both issues with in 10/15 /minutes.Great service , friendly and extremely efficient.I think his name is Kieran but I’m not 100 percent.Very impressive.”

However, it's worth a look if your there.The reason I didnt give a 4 star was the cashier employee, he just kept asking to create a Nike account several times which was annoying, and he even offer to do that with his mobile!!!Felt very weird”

“Went to Leeds York Road store ,completely different experience relative to Pudsey store .Young guys very helpful both on advice and on tills .Came away with a possible solution to my problem .Pudsey waited one hour and thirty minutes to get talk to the one person that was on there .He had few people waiting also. He was not very helpful in fact quite abrasive.The Manager ? walked past 5/6 times and never asked if anyone wanted any help .But that's not surprising seen her before .So well done York Road .”

“I don't think I've ever left a review of an All Saints let alone any department store for that matter, but I felt compelled. I can't even begin to describe how good the customer service I received was. I was greeted by the most helpful lady, (I believe she's the manager). I described what I was after, and she loaded me up with a few items to try on. She then pointed me in the direction of upstairs where Amelda greeted me and also loaded me up with even more items to try on. Maybe the best customer service I've ever received, absolutely made my week. Thanks so much!”

“I really love the dresses they sell soooo snug fit like a glove BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE GLITTER DRESSES, IT IRRITATES UR SKIN AND THE GLITTER GETS EVERYWHERE, as lovely as they are they aren't comfy practical or stylish to wear”

“I was super pleased that my thermos cups were in plentiful supply and even at a reduced price, impressive. I think that the store is so used that my other item, value socks were not available and I was disappointed. I love wandering around the mugs section being an avid tea drinker as there is so much choice, always something new I fancy within the mugs. Will look forward to my next trip too!”

“Well this place is like a discounted branded store, if you give time you might do some wonders.Luxury branded items at a pretty reasonable rate.Do give a visit to the store every month or 2”

“It's certainly nice store, though I've seen much bigger ones, more towards and in London.. In North I've yet to find a big enough store that offers a parallel level of variety. But then it's quite some time since I visited one of the London or Greater London stores.. don't know if they're generally keeping lesser variety than I was used to.The TK Maxx prices seem to have gone far up compared to just inflation.I still like to go there as still able to find something I'd like.”
