“Highly recommend the Baby Room at this branch, the staff were so helpful at putting two new parents at ease with the process of buying and installing a car seat. They gave professional advice but also listened to our concerns and questions. After having a poor experience at another branch I was apprehensive about choose here for our car seat but wow I am so glad I did! Can’t remember the names of the two women who helped us but honestly both were fantastic!!”

“I like going here they have just got new stock in ready for winter also lots of sale items .they have parking also lifts to all floors and escalators accsess for disable and a ramp down to Edinburgh wool shop. There are 3 cafes in the building also tiolets on to floor disable will need the lift.”

“Went into home furnishings today looking for pencil pleat curtains. Could only find eyelet ones ! But hey !!! the beautiful assistant ( unfortunately didn't catch her name ) was extremely helpful and got me sorted. Getting them madewill be ready tomorrow . I can't thank her enough”
