“Went into broadway fragrance shop in Bradford and was served by a very professional ,young lady called zainab who was very well spoken compared to my last few visits with some of the staff members who were very rude especially those with authority ie manager and assistant managers,I would have probably never gone back until I saw this very welcoming charming young lady who treated me fairly, and as a human, the young girls at this shop don’t get the credit which is due to them . I forgot to ask her name and especially walked back to ask her name and I usually never leave feedback but this was well deserved.”

“It’s great, plenty of outlets to choose from depending what you need. Handy too for getting food & drink for trips from Forster train station. No public toilets that I’m aware of but there is a McDonalds - I always make a purchase (but that’s me).”

“It was alot better then previous visits,I think this store is the biggest Matalan I have ever been in and they was alot more stock on display,plenty of parking and the disabled spots as well,only downside was the car park needs a good clean up it definitely hasn't been cleaned up for many years especially against the walls inside the store it was very well organised and clean.will definitely go back”

“Wow! I called in this afternoon in a frustrated state after a morning of shopping trying to suitable clothes for a special holiday. Was greeted by one of your lovely assistants (Liz) following a brief look around the shop
Then she made several suggestions and was able to over the next hour or so to advise guide suggest various combinations of outfits and accessories much to my delight

“At the moment of my visit 11th of January 2022 everything is in clearence, from 1 £ to 17£. I have been there shopping and there are massive discount in all clothes. If you have the chance to stop by... Go you will never regret it. Besides that staff were very friendly helpful is well located with parking. One of the most favourite shopsbfor my wife. However could do with better updating of inventory, at this particular location the clothes are often ones that are out of date or been sitting here for a while, compared to the Leeds branch which has much more variety and new rotation of clothing.”

I almost always walk out with something new, though I wish there were a bit more silver as everything seems to be trending towards gold lately. The cashier here was shy but friendly.”

“A staff member called Rachael went above & beyond today! I wanted 2 of an item but there was only 1 on the shelf. She went & got me another, upon her return I’d seen another item I wanted in a different size. I would’ve considered myself as awkward at this point but nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful & outstanding friendly manner of customer service. The same couldn’t be said for the 3 checkout assistants where we recieved a very dull experience, so the 5 stars are solely for Rachael.”

It has a great selection of clothing with variety in price range, which I like, so it's not always a really expensive designer, so i'm able to purchase it's a balance. They also have an online service but always more stock I'm store. Great long lasting shop in Bradford that I like to support and keep going.”
