“Bought some tudors a few weeks ago, was met by 2 beautiful ladies, Michele and jess, I was shown the watches I wanted without hesitation and the staff were very laid back and pleasant which made for a nice atmosphere, I was made cups of tea and brought biscuits too which added to the experience, and the lovely ladies even removed the stickers on the watches for me so I didn't have to face the hassel of it myself, if jess can get her hands on a zenith chronomaster or a rolex daytona for me at some point I will certainly be back to see her and Michele in the near future! Got quoted an outrageous £45 and 1 hour wait time from the watch lab in trinity. if you need any watch repairs done in leeds city centre, just go here and avoid the borderline scams elsewhere.”

“Ordered a couple of stocking fillers,. which arrived in Christmas Eve, but didn't have time to collect them or I'd often forget. I half expected they had been sent back to a warehouse and put back into the main stock, that wasn't the case. Went to the shop at the White Rose Centre to collect, showed them the email confirmation, they went to the store room and came back with the items. Pleasantly surprised that they were still there, almost 2 months after ordering. Efficiency in any business has to be applauded these days ??”
