We headed into Leeds and found 'Berry's Jewellers' from the moment of entering we felt welcome, nothing was too much trouble. I had in mind a particular eternity ring, but Jessica who was really patient, professional and customer focused let me try different types of ring to suit my existing wedding and engagement rings, and we found the perfect one. The ring needed alterations and they were undertaken in a very timely manner. When we collected the ring, Jessica made sure everything was perfect, it felt like an occasion and made us feel really special. “Ordered a couple of stocking fillers,. which arrived in Christmas Eve, but didn't have time to collect them or I'd often forget. I half expected they had been sent back to a warehouse and put back into the main stock, that wasn't the case. Went to the shop at the White Rose Centre to collect, showed them the email confirmation, they went to the store room and came back with the items.
