I visit O2 trinity store to get information regarding contract device. The moment I enter the store I saw sad faces standing as store was empty. No one bothers to approach me as they keep busy discussing other matters and chit chat with each other. Very bad experience today in trinity . Already a customer with O2 , came with my phone needing repair , after telling this to the manager told me to sit and relax .. many customers who came after me were served however because I am not a new customer wanting to buy was left just until I give up and leave!!
