My elderly mum and I met 2 young ladies at the counters on the ground floor of the Halifax. One lady had long dark hair and the other was blonde. Sorry I didn’t get your names. They were both so patient and kind and I can’t thank them enough for helping us get stuff sorted. Exceptional customer service.

I had to go into the branch to make a transaction and the staff were very helpful, particularly Diana, who was very helpful, friendly and dealt with matters expeditiously and in a very good customer-focused manner

The girls upstairs really cba. Youre not a somebody cos you work in a bank lol. Just acknowledge people, gain some confidence, do your job... Its gonna be a hot one today, guarantee the heating is still on 25°C like it always is.
