Couldn't find my bank card so thought to be safe I'd report it as lost.. This was on 5th Dec..Thought it could be put on hold but had to cancel the card and have a new one sent out. I’m uncomfortable writing a poor review but l feel that l should because the attitude and the customer service is so poor that l I’m surprised that any one uses this branch. I don’t want to go into what happened at that branch because l found my experience horrendous, some of the staff are the most grumpiest people... read full comment

what is the poimt only beimg open while i am at work so i can mever use the bank actually pointless may as well change to an alternatice bank
