Ever since I've opened an account with them I've had nothing but trouble. I've had 4 different cards as they just stop working after a week. My account has been hacked and every penny taken several times. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I opened an account.

Couldn't find my bank card so thought to be safe I'd report it as lost.. This was on 5th Dec..Thought it could be put on hold but had to cancel the card and have a new one sent out. New card arrived on Tues 10th Dec and I'm now waiting for a PIN number to access my money via an ATM..
I can't believe in the technological age we are living in a PIN number cannot be sent to my phone so I can access my money as the hours I work means I cannot make in into a branch to get my money..
No wonder people keep their hard earned money under the mattress where it's so easily accessible.... One unhappy and frustrated customer. ..

I?m uncomfortable writing a poor review but l feel that l should because the attitude and the customer service is so poor that l I?m surprised that any one uses this branch.
I don?t want to go into what happened at that branch because l found my experience horrendous, some of the staff are the most grumpiest people ive ever had the misfortune to come across,even though I have an account with the co-op I try not go in , l use Barclays around the corner whose staff have obviously been trained to high standard and are happy to cater to all their clients needs.

Bank and staff and app great. But what ever the problem with the cash cars on the chip for contact less. 3rd one broken again. A little pissed now other wise would be 5 starts

Don't normally leave negative review ,But after having to wait around 45 minutes today when there was only 1 person in the que before me i feel its just.There was two tellers working one dealing with someone wanting to close an account the other deal with an elderly lady who was worried about someone who might be trying to withdraw money from her account fraudulently she kept asking the teller the same questions over and over again this went on for around 40 minutes ...another lady behind me said surly she should be took in to an office to talk with the manager or supervisor especially as she had a not from the police...so the tellers could of go on serving the rest us us waiting...45 minutes come on not even an apology----shame as normally ok but seem to be changing staff all the time. Probably due to complaints. I received reply below saying from time to time it may be busier than expected.! Its wasnt busy there was one person Infront of me the person who had a fraud issue should of been taken to one side so not to hold everyone else up..45 mins come on too long..

Took over an hour to even speak to someone today, seriously regret moving to them. They continue to blame covid but my other 2 banks answer within a few minutes! How about paying more people?!! The people at the call centre are horrendous, clearly don't care. Probably had enough of irritated customers!! Guy today had me on hold for 30 minutes trying to put me through to complaints then realised (probably knew) they closed at 5 which is when he tried to transfer me!! It's a nightmare, will have to go into the branch. Sort yourselves out!!!!!!

Excellent service received from Simon. I had an issue but he didn?t give up and went further to find alternative to resolve my issue at the time rather than ask me to return back the next day. Thank you again!
