“As I've a disability I'm totally deaf and cant use phones only text or email but one person has helped us so much in this Halifax branch cross gates making phone call and twice has got us my money back from 2 insurance companies regarding these took money out even I closed them down just to say thank you so much NATALIE who works on customer services desks”

I walked into the branch and they were immediately able to help me out. Sorted everything out quickly and I was soon out of there.

I visited the bank with my wife a couple of weeks ago for an issue and she handled it very efficiently and got it fixed. I and my wife have been their customers for almost 1.5 years now, and had to visit the branch a couple of times but never had any issue with their customer service.”

We haven't and it still is part of the BOS. ”

“This is difficult to revue, the staff giving the the same 5 star treatment to customers, but the garish re - brand together with the dismissal of the "Yorkshire" brand is very conflicting. Put it this way I'm now actively looking for a new bank!”

“I went to the bank and was helped by Enoch Darko his customer skills were the best I have ever experienced, he helped me and my husband supported us throughly throughout every step. Our issue was an Internet banking issue and it look longer then expected which meant that we were in the bank even after closing time, he explained each process and was patient with us considering the issue took time out of his day. The most polite and helpful customer advisor I have met, definitely made my daas he helped solve our problem and persisted to help us along the way.”

“'FANTASTIC' what a difference it makes going to another branch. Over 5 weeks I have tried to move my existing virgin isa into a new isa with virgin & close my Mam's passbook account & open it into a new current account with the Moortown branch. What a waste of time that was ! SIX TIMES i visited Moortown branch & nobody could resolve the situation ( don't think that they had a clue how to do it ). Sick of the lack of service at that branch I went to this one & both my isa & Mam's passbook change was done in under an hour. BIG THANKS TO GABBY & JOANNE for sorting this out. Why the hell couldn't the Moortown branch do this?????”
