Terrible customer service. I bought a product, but it wasn’t like the picture. When I tried to return just 5 minutes after buying, they didn’t accept it.

The manager, Matt, and his staff have a wonderful quality of customer service. Friendly, insightful and to the point. I'll be taking the time to come out to the Crown Point instead of the two I pass on the way from now on! ?
