“Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel.
It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double.
Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories.

“The lady who we dealt with was very helpful, walked around with her and selected each item of furniture we needed. Fair priced the lads put some cardboard down on our flat bed and loaded the van we came in also. Definitely recommend!”

“Called In to dispute a parking fine the manager was very helpful,it appears there is no thoroughfare rights for traveling to any business on the same shopping complex business park, there is no signage saying no thoroughfare yet an attempt was made to fine me £100, 1000s of people use this rout and have done so for decades,it was a shock when I got this parking fine and it caused substantial stress and anxiety, also taking time up forChris bowen the manager of homebase it's not fair for him and all the people who have only passed through, I'm sure it will get sorted out soon,until then please be patient, thank you Chris”
