Extremely disappointing experience at JD Sports Bradford Foster Square.
Waited over 30 minutes just to pay at the till — absolutely ridiculous. The store was clearly understaffed and very poorly managed. No sense of urgency or customer service.

Went in today with some defected shorts from another store they were so helpful and understanding without tags on the clothes and handed me a new pair
