She went & got me another, upon her return I’d seen another item I wanted in a different size. I would’ve considered myself as awkward at this point but nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful & outstanding friendly manner of customer service. The same couldn’t be said for the 3 checkout assistants where we recieved a very dull experience, so the 5 stars are solely for Rachael.”

The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but finding staff in the shoe section can be a challenge. Sometimes they seem a bit rushed, but overall, the convenience and value outweigh that minor drawback. I can usually find good deals on quality items.
