“It was alot better then previous visits,I think this store is the biggest Matalan I have ever been in and they was alot more stock on display,plenty of parking and the disabled spots as well,only downside was the car park needs a good clean up it definitely hasn't been cleaned up for many years especially against the walls inside the store it was very well organised and clean.will definitely go back”

“At the moment of my visit 11th of January 2022 everything is in clearence, from 1 £ to 17£. I have been there shopping and there are massive discount in all clothes. If you have the chance to stop by... Go you will never regret it. Besides that staff were very friendly helpful is well located with parking. One of the most favourite shopsbfor my wife. “A staff member called Rachael went above & beyond today! I wanted 2 of an item but there was only 1 on the shelf. She went & got me another, upon her return I’d seen another item I wanted in a different size. I would’ve considered myself as awkward at this point but nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful & outstanding friendly manner of customer service. The same couldn’t be said for the 3 checkout assistants where we recieved a very dull experience, so the 5 stars are solely for Rachael.”

“I wanted shoes.....by pure coincidence this place called shoe zone....well it had shoes...in zones,Theres a kids shoe zone, a womans shoe zone.....and......A mans shoe zone....I grabbed some shoes and then paid...think I was in and out in about 3 mins....staff were polite and helpful , perfect”
