Went to return an item today. The staff were very nice, especially Alex. He was extremely respectful, helpful and polite.

This is not a full size store and was disappointed that the mattress range we travelled specially to see was not in there for us to try.
Parking was challenging and they charged £3.10 with the parking machine on our floor not working.
Waste of time, went elsewhere...

I had ordered an online john lewis order to pick up from Solihull. I was sent a txt to say it was ready to pick up yet when I got there they refused to give me the watch as they said was a pricing error.
