“We visited the Next branch in Solihull with the hope of finding a folding oak dining table and an Accent Armchair.\\n\\nWe didn't require any assistance with choosing either items as we knew exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and gave us lots of direction on colour and. themes.\\n\\nThe order was placed in-store and we were kept informed of the logistics right up to the delivery date.\\n\\nThe delivery itself was very smooth and both sets of drivers were professional (observing Covid guidelines) and helpful. They wore shoe protectors in the property and positioned the items exactly where we wanted.\\n\\nWe also had to call customer services on a few occasions to tweak the order and the staff that dealt with us there were fantastic.\\n\\nSuperior service at a fraction of the price of John Lewis.\\n\\nOh and love the table and armchair.\\n\\nMany thanks.”

“I had a great experience at the TK Maxx store. The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to browse through the different sections. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the overall layout was very shopper-friendly. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed and providing excellent customer service. It made for a pleasant shopping trip, and I would definitely return!”

“Had ordered online to collect in store. Ordered 2 tvs at black Friday prices. Went to collect and only one was showing. Due to the fact the store has zero phone signal I couldn't access my online account to prove otherwise. I had to leave store to get the info and then return to prove I'd paid for 2. They said it only states one and I need to speak to customer services which I can't do in store as no signal. After waiting for over 15 minutes on the phone in the car park to be told only one had been ordered and its a 'ghost order' that should be refunded. Even though the manager informed me there were actually 2 tvs in store . I had to go back in store and buy another and the price had increased since to £40 more. Thankfully the manager Callum was very helpful. He honoured the price I had purchased it at originally.. I would only have given 1 star if it hadn't been for the way the manager handled it”
