Lost my daughters click and collect she had 3 orders took 40 minutes to find the 2 orders not good enough

Nice large Next with all the departments fully covered, women, children, men, house. Plus a Costa on site for a rest. Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking can be tight on busy weekends and holiday periods.

Just went into the retail park store to collect a parcel. Shop having a revamp and the two lifts by collection point on ground floor were blocked off, whilst waiting a chap with a walking stick came to use the lifts but couldn’t so asked a member of staff if he could use lifts, staff said no and to use some other lifts... read full comment
