Dreadful customer service at 5pm today by Kelly at the tills, lacking basic etiquette and decency whilst dealing with my transaction.
Manners were not present whatsoever, her overall expression and demeanour was unpleasant- definitely not what you?d expect from an employee of such a well known company.
This is a shame since I?ve spent a considerable amount at this location just this year alone, and can?t say I?m likely to return after this horrible experience.
I hope action is taken against this employee as I can?t imagine anyone would like to share the experience I have had with Kelly.

Amazing and quality advice from Jod. He helped me fit a shirt and trousers and made the experience so much easier, going above and beyond to help. A real gem - will be back for his advice next time I?m choosing a suit!!!

This Next Collection section staff is suffering with White Supremacy as they kept on wait mostly Asian /brown skinned customers but their dealing with white ppl is respectful & swift? Literally waited 25-30mins in order to collect my order and upon my numerous queries eventually the female staff handed over me the parcel ? their behaviour is racist & disgusting thus in dire need of training or either replacement of female staff esp. ? wish I could mention their names here in order to shame them but recognise their snotty faces ? Next Mgt. should pay some attention to their staff behavioural issues ? as their white supremacy is dripping from their faces abhorantly ? Sigh !!!
